The Deli Agency is a leading video strategy and production agency looking for an exceptional Client Services Manager to work across our range of large and small clients.

We are a small agency and this role is one of our most critical. You are responsible for managing day-to-day activities across multi-channel projects and as such you are the face of the Deli Agency and the contact our clients hear from the most!

As an ambitious Client Services Manager you’ll be highly organised, task orientated and collaborative – always striving to drive projects forward and enhance efficiency.

You will be an effective communicator and self-motivator, with the ability to manage and drive numerous projects and client accounts, and work closely with our production team to deliver first class client service on time and on budget.

As our Client Services Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Developing trusted relationships with clients and foster existing relationships.

  • Determining deliverables to ensure project tasks are completed within scope, budget and to schedule.

  • Managing filming & editing schedules, deadlines and uploads.

  • Communicate regularly with the team: by preparing timelines, weekly meeting agenda, WIP and project status documentation.

  • Efficiently planning and prioritising your own and organising staff resources daily workflow.

  • Preparing and managing the approvals of estimates/fee proposals prior to commencing work.

  • Managing the review process of video projects.

  • Attending regular client status meetings and manage status and contact reports

The successful candidate will have:

  • 2-5 years’ agency experience (preferably with video experience) and a relevant degree in communications/media

  • An excellent track record of developing and executing strategic communication campaigns for consumer/enterprise technology clients

  • Ability to lead multiple teams and projects simultaneously

  • Excellent relationships with technology media, with a view to developing key vertical media relationships

  • A passion for developing and delivering creative solutions and innovative ideas to clients

  • Solid knowledge of the digital industry, specifically video and social media.

  • Experience with tracking and reporting on client budgets

  • Proven business development skills
