We will be talking about socially amplifying of your video content specifically where to host your videos once they’ve been created.
The 2 big players in the market aside from social platforms are YouTube and Vimeo.
Now, both of these platforms are fantastic for hosting content but they display content in a different way and have different user abilities.
If you weren’t aware, YouTube is owned by Google. So it’s the number one and it’s the only place you can host your content. I definitely recommend YouTube in a SEO and search ranking perspective.
Does tend to look a lot clearer when embeded in your website and in online blogs. It just depends on the settings you got setup or whether you want to go created to different channels on 2 different platforms.
Managing Video Content
When it comes to putting video content on social media, I would not recommend as your only part to amplifyication is to sharing your YouTube and Vimeo links across the Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
But instead, spending the time uploading those videos directly to the platform. The reason for this the platforms prefer content that is embedded in their platform rather than diverting the user to a third-party site to view content.
