A fitting debut for the shiny new branding at the Australian Service Excellence Awards was crucial. Hosting over 300 of the cream of the crop in customer service, the event is the night of nights for The Customer Service Institute of Australia (CSIA).
Who is CSIA?
CSIA is a national organisation, established in 1997 to serve the needs of those working in customer service. Its Annual Australian Service Excellence Awards have become “the premier multi-industry and government awards in Australia”.
With fresh new branding and website, CSIA wanted to build excitement among its members and needed an engaging tool that communicated the feel and tone of the new look.
We were approached with the task of creating a video that not only showcased the branding but also built excitement and momentum. In addition, The Deli was asked to create four case study videos to feature on the new website.
Two days of shooting and a number of hours of editing later the branding video (along with case studies) was ready for its big debut at the Awards night in Melbourne. It was very well received and was a great feature at the event. But of course nothing could trump the excitement as the winners were announced!
CSIA has received some great feedback about the videos and they are now proudly featured on the new website.
